About the role

Promote a safe working environment and ensure the team follows all safety procedures.

What you'll do

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Engineering Department
  • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other hotel systems
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Lead, guide, and train engineering team members
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational issues
