Engineering Manager - AI SDLC & Full Stack

About the role

Engineering Manager - AI SDLC & Full Stack at Chubb. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who leads differently — someone who has already internalized that AI changes how software is built, not just what gets built.

• This role is for a hands-on leader who drives engineering teams to default to AI-first thinking: in how they code, test, review, and ship
• Manage and grow a high-performing engineering team building enterprise-grade platforms on Java, .NET, and Azure
• Embed AI tooling into the full SDLC: from requirements parsing to deployment observability
• Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications; own sprint quality, release velocity, and technical debt trade-offs
• Make architectural decisions in partnership with Principal Engineers and Solution Architects; be opinionated

• Java
• Git
• Microservices
• Azure

• CI/CD
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
