About the role

Apptrove is a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and mobile marketing platform that helps app businesses measure user acquisition, understand user journeys, attribute installs and in-app events, and optimize marketing performance. Through attribution, real-time reporting, deep linking, analytics, and fraud prevention capabilities, Apptrove enables businesses to make informed decisions, improve campaign ROI, and scale their app growth.

What you'll do

  • Architecture & Design Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and grow a backend engineering team: 1:1s, performance, hiring, and career growth
  • Own delivery: scope, sequencing, risk, and shipping against the roadmap
  • Communicate clearly with customers, support, product, and engineering — no jargon hiding the actual status
  • Own customer escalations: join the call, set expectations, coordinate the engineering response, and close the loop
