What you'll do

• Manages and supports the engineering function and ensures the department conforms to the company quality system procedures as documented
• Analyzes production methods to ensure time and cost goals are reached
• Provides technical guidance on most complex projects
• Establishes and enforces procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability and safety in product designs and applications
• Evaluates and develops improved techniques for the control of product designs, quality, reliability and safety
