Engineering Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, lead and mentor engineering teams, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and scale systems using Java, Spring Boot , Angular and microservices-based architectures
• Lead technical design discussions and drive sound architectural decisions aligned with business and product goals
• Manage, mentor, and grow engineers through regular feedback, code reviews, and structured career development
• Partner with Product Management, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end features
• Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, observability, and system reliability

What you need

• 7–12 years in software engineering
• Java
• Spring Boot
• Angular
• MongoDB
• REST APIs
• System design
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA

Good to have

• Microservices
