About the role

The Engineering Technical Training Specialist will be responsible to design, develop and implement Engineering and Maintenance related technical training programs and workshops. They will work closely with the business to understand the skills and capabilities required at operations and create effective training materials.

What you'll do

  • Train-The-Trainer (TTT): Prepare and equip our internal trainers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively deliver our technical training programs
