About the role

Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry: As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops
  • Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols
  • Monitor compliance during training delivery
