About the role

The EOE Process Improvement Manager within SL Operate Service Management is responsible for designing/deploying scalable processes, aligned to ANO strategy and ensuring the processes are best in class, with continuous improvements via best practices.

• Collaborate with EOE Process Governance Manager and Portfolio Managers to design and develop scalable and standardized process solutions taking into account the…
• Engage with MS Business Units to co-develop fit-for-purpose process deployment strategies that align with delivery goals and contractual commitments
• Revise and optimize existing system logic and procedures for improved process efficiency and integration with broader process architecture
• Drive Process development initiatives for MS Contract, including pre-sales, post-sales, and continuous improvement efforts across Managed Services (MS) business units
• Expand the MS Process portfolio and footprint by engaging across Business Units (BUs) and Customer Units (CUs) to meet evolving needs
