About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong aptitude for technology and digital transformation to lead the implementation and optimization of a ERP system across the organization. The ideal candidate should understand construction and engineering workflows while being proficient in software implementation, process mapping, and user training.

What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of the company's ERP software across departments
  • Understand existing business processes and map them into ERP workflows
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during implementation
  • Configure, test, and validate ERP modules as per business requirements
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals

What you need

  • 4–7 years in software engineering
  • ERP
  • SOP writing
  • B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

  • SAP
  • Microsoft Dynamics
