ES Workday Lead

About the role

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM. Configure and maintain Workday HCM module(s) including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as per the client’s business processes. Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM
• Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices
• Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation from legacy systems to Workday
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops to educate end users on Workday functionality
