Meeting invites access - process partners, reporters, skip level meeting Admin experience in Service Industry/Engg. Centres/Captives Very Good communication skills (to articulate the requirements of the Senior Leaders, work with multiple admins, etc.) Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

What you'll do

• Meeting invites access - process partners, reporters, skip level meeting
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage Division Manager/Heads' calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Take minutes during meetings

What you need

• 1–3 years in operations
• Coordination
• Travel booking
• Any graduate
