What you'll do

• Calendar & Schedule Management Maintain and optimize dynamic, high-volume executive calendars across multiple time zones
• Prioritize meeting requests, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and ensure executive preparation time for critical engagements
• Travel & Expense Management Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas
• Reconcile expense reports, compile receipts, and ensure timely submission adhering to corporate policy
• Communication & Liaison Serve as the primary point of contact for external executives, board members, key clients, and internal department leads

What you need

• 1–3 years in operations
• Any graduate
