About the role

The Field Executive – Construction is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of elevator and escalator units across assigned project sites. This role ensures compliance with all Otis installation standards, safety, customer expectations, and statutory guidelines. What you'll do

• Uphold strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) protocols across all installation activities
• Conduct thorough pre‑installation and post‑installation inspections to validate safety, quality, and compliance benchmarks
• Coordination with customers and contractors and maintain work schedule timelines of project execution
• Travel to project sites in the region as needed, to support installation schedules and customer commitments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and follow Field Installation Manual (FIM) in line with operational requirements
