- EQOA (Enhanced Quantity on Authorization)*
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of approvable dosing regimens across multiple indications for oncology and non-oncology drugs
- Analyze and validate dosing structures, including dose, frequency, and duration, in alignment with clinical guidelines and approval criteria
- Utilize credible medical and scientific databases such as DailyMed, NCCN, Clinical Pharmacology, PubMed, Micromedex, and Lexi-Drugs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in authorization criteria and dosing recommendations
