What you'll do

  • Process access requests (new access, transfers, terminations) received via mailbox/ITSM and structured tickets
  • Validate requests against policy and provision/de-provision access across vendor portals
  • Update and maintain the entitlement inventory
  • Support same-day termination processing for leavers (JML triggers from HR)
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and flagging idle/unused licenses
