About the role

Responsible for accurately indexing and classifying incoming insurance documents into the appropriate systems/workflows. The role involves reviewing documents, identifying document types, capturing required metadata, and ensuring accurate routing for downstream processing.

What you'll do

• Review and index documents accurately as per process guidelines
• Validate document type, policy details, and required information
• Route documents to the appropriate queue/workflow
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and TAT/SLA adherence
• Identify exceptions and escalate discrepancies as required

What you need

• 1–3 years in legal & compliance
• Compliance
• Any graduate
