About the role

Responsible for day-to-day computer operations, ensuring that systems and hardware remain available and in good working order. The primary responsibility is to meet daily service-level agreements (SLAs) by completing scheduled tasks and operational checklists on time. The preferred candidate is conscientious, detail-oriented, and comfortable applying logical problem-solving skills while operating computer equipment.

What you'll do

• Responsible for day-to-day computer operations, ensuring that systems and hardware remain available and in good working order
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization using designated tools and dashboards
• Identify and escalate potential issues to prevent system outages and performance degradation
• Assist with basic user troubleshooting related to printers and peripheral devices
• Schedule and perform routine data backups using established procedures and tools

What you need

• MS Office

• Any graduate
