What you'll do

• Deliver real-time voice support to BG field engineers, enabling seamless task completion and minimizing operational disruptions
• Provide expert guidance on systems, processes, scheduling, parts, and service-related queries
• Drive engineer engagement through effective NPS survey promotion and feedback collection
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards while maintaining accurate interaction records
