Executive - Global Sourcing

About the role

Since 1981, we have helped leading companies transform their learning ecosystems while increasing the business value of learning. The Executive – Global Sourcing is responsible for supporting global talent sourcing and recruitment activities across multiple business functions and geographies.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and professional networks
• Support end-to-end recruitment sourcing activities for global and regional hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders for sourcing alignment
