What you'll do

• Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Responsibilities
• Compiling Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility and ensuring that they are periodically updated
• Ensure that all auditing and reporting standards are communicated to and complied with by personnel
• Ensure that guests benefit from a flawless cleaning product and that the services offered by housekeeping staff are provided in a timely manner
• Ensure that all quality standards are adhered to and that policies and procedures are consistently implemented

What you need

• 2–5 years in hotels, food & travel
• Housekeeping
• SOP writing
• Learning and development
• Performance management
• Labour law
• Communication
• BHM or BBA

Good to have
