What you'll do

• Responsible for facilitating complete cycle of Performance management system in the plant
• Facilitating employee engagement, ensure engagement action plan formulation and its execution to drive engagement at plant
• Facilitating organization development initiatives
• Facilitating & driving Reward and Recognition program
• Responsible for Learning & development - Leadership and Behavioural training
