About the role

You will play a critical role in ensuring a stellar payroll experience, seamless admin operations, and end-to-end compliance as Zippee scales rapidly across India. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it advances the mission. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.

What you'll do

• Maintain and validate monthly attendance, leave, and overtime records
• Review and validate PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory reports
• Generate payroll reports, payslips, and support full & final settlements
• Resolve payroll queries and coordinate corrections with the vendor
• Maintain employee payroll, employee benefits, and lifecycle records
