About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Secured Loans domain to support digital transformation and process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of secured lending products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Mortgage Loans.

What you'll do

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
