Fabric Platform Engineer

About the role

You will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, security, scalability, and performance across a complex, cloud-based data environment. Working with Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, AWS, and Terraform, you will build resilient infrastructure, automate deployments, and establish robust governance and monitoring practices.

What you'll do

• Platform Infrastructure and Reliability: Manage the Microsoft Fabric environment, including workspace architecture, capacity allocation, and Dev, UAT
• Build and maintain resilient infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Hybrid Connectivity and Networking: Own the connectivity between source systems and Microsoft Fabric, including AWS-hosted On-Premises Data Gateway clusters
• Ensure reliable, secure, and highly available data connectivity in production
• Establish and enforce branching strategies, pull request governance, version control practices, and auditable release processes
