F&B Controls Executive

About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded F&B Controls Executive to join our team in Kochi, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be the financial guardian of our food and beverage operations, ensuring cost efficiency, operational compliance, and profitability across all F&B outlets.

What you'll do

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs by analyzing daily purchases, issues, transfers, and stock movements to identify trends and variances
• Conduct regular and systematic inventory counts of food, beverages, and operating equipment, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and timely reporting
• Verify recipes, menu pricing, and portion standards against approved cost percentages, recommending adjustments to maintain profitability targets
• Review daily revenue reports, voids, discounts, complimentary items, and wastage data, investigating significant variances and proposing corrective actions
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly F&B control reports, including detailed food cost, beverage cost, and inventory analysis for management review
