Field Service Rep

About the role

As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

What you'll do

• Candidates should be energetic, proactive and highly customer centric
• Proficiencyover different languages will be added advantage
• Should be willing to travelextensively on short notice
• Should be self-driven, hands-on in the field, lead the team from front
• Carry out installation, commissioning activities of pumps at customer places and onsite repairs

What you need

• 6–8 years in technicians & trades
• Diploma
