Finance Associate (Client-Facing)

About the role

The Finance Associate performs day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial data, compliance with standards, and timely support for client service requirements. Accounts Payable and Receivable Record, verify, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Participate in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor or management
• Demonstrate readiness to extend work hours when necessary to support client needs and meet critical deadlines
• Exposure to financial reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly/year-end)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
• High accuracy and attention to detail
