About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial operations, lead a dynamic finance team, and drive strategic financial planning to support organizational growth. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and providing actionable insights to senior management
• Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department and ensure accurate, efficient workflow
• Prepare statutory financial statements, management accounts, and comprehensive Profit and Loss reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and organizational financial procedures
• Maintain effective internal controls and segregation of duties across all financial functions
