Formulation and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Formulation and Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives at our Roorkee facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for the formulation and development of oral liquids, tablets, and capsules , ensuring excellence from concept to commercialization.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end formulation development for oral liquids, tablets, and capsules
• Conduct lab-scale trials, stability studies, and technology transfers
• Develop robust formulations with focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA/QC, RA, Production, and Packaging for seamless product development
• Evaluate and qualify excipients, APIs, and packaging materials for development suitability

What you need

• 5–9 years in pharma & medical sales
• GMP

• M.Sc or B.Pharm or M.Pharm
