Forward Deployed Architect

About the role

Are you excited by the opportunity to shape agentic AI architectures that deliver measurable business impact? We are looking for a Forward Deployed Architect - Agentic AI to lead the technical architecture behind production-grade AI systems deployed in real customer environments. As a Forward Deployed Architect, you will work at the intersection of customer context, systems architecture, and applied AI.

What you'll do

• Work at the intersection of customer context, systems architecture, and applied AI
• Lead customer engagements from problem discovery through solution design, deployment, and iteration, ensuring AI solutions are technically robust, scalable
• Translating complex business challenges into practical agentic AI architectures, including multi-step workflows, tool use, and external system integrations
• Designing production-grade AI systems, including data flows, system boundaries, monitoring, observability, and operational readiness
• Defining architecture patterns and technical standards for integrating models, agents, and AI workflows into customer environments
