Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to reinvent how Certa gets implemented. Because our no-code Studio lets you configure a workflow simply by describing it — Vibe Configuration℠ — one person can now sit with the customer, understand a requirement as it's spoken, and build it live, so they see their own workflow running in the same session.

What you'll do

• Own the delivery: Own the plan, governance, and test cycle (scenarios and cases, SIT, UAT with the customer's own testers, sanity and regression), then cutover, go-live
• Bring learning back from the front lines: Find the platform's real limits before anyone else does and bring them to Product with evidence — the customer, the frequency
• Be one of the first people doing this, which means you'll also define how it's done

What you need

• 3–6 years in software engineering
• REST APIs
• Python
• JavaScript
• LLMs
• Test cases
• Regression testing
• Any graduate
