About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Collection Officer to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients in the field to ensure timely collections and maintain positive relationships. What you'll do

• Conduct field collections by visiting clients in person and ensuring timely payment of dues
• Maintain accurate records of all collected amounts and follow-up activities
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and trust
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or queries related to payments
• Report on collection performance and suggest improvements for efficiency

What you need

• 0–2 years in customer support & success
• Customer service
• Communication
• Class 12
