FP&A Senior Manager

About the role

The Reporting & Accounting Senior Manager is accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of reporting and accounting activities that support internal and external reporting requirements, business appraisal processes and financial decision-making. The role leads complex reporting operations, drives process improvements and ensures the quality, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting outputs.

• Lead transformation and improvement initiatives: Manage and deliver change programmes that enhance reporting effectiveness
• Partner with reporting and finance leaders: Work closely with Reporting & Accounting Managers
• Resolve complex reporting issues: Provide expert guidance on reporting content, accounting matters and process challenges to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
