Front Office Manager

About the role

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our hospitality team at Novotel & Ibis Chennai Sipcot. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our front office and housekeeping departments across our dual-brand properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and positive reviews specific to the Chennai market and SIPCOT business clientele
• Analyze financial reports, manage departmental budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality or brand positioning
• Collaborate with other department heads and cross-property teams to streamline hotel operations and resolve interdepartmental challenges
• Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain consistent service excellence throughout the rooms division and ensure brand consistency
• Train, mentor, and develop staff members to build a high-performing team and foster a supportive work environment that reflects our hospitality values
