About the role

The traditional model of siloed product managers, designers, and engineers is too slow for modern AI-native development. You will operate as a Team of One. With AI tooling and strong engineering infrastructure, a single engineer can now build what previously required an entire squad. You are not implementing tickets.

What you'll do

• Translate business goals into working, deployable systems
• Define architecture, workflows, and implementation plans
• Ship and maintain production-grade systems — not demos or prototypes
• Turn ambiguous ideas into working demos within hours or days
• Validate through experiments and real user feedback, then iterate to production quality

What you need

• 1–3 years in software engineering
• LLMs
• Prototyping
• Any graduate
