About the role

As an AI-Native Full Stack Developer at Ajaia, you will build software across both client engagements and internal product initiatives where technical speed, adaptability, and execution quality matter. You will be expected to take vague requirements, clarify the real problem, and ship robust solutions across web interfaces, backend services, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.

What you'll do

Build and maintain full stack features for AI-enabled applications, internal platforms, and client delivery systems
Work across frontend implementation, backend logic, API design, database operations, and cloud deployment
Support the development of production systems that combine traditional software engineering with AI-powered capabilities
Use AI tools regularly for coding support, debugging, technical research, test generation, and documentation improvement
Collaborate with delivery leads, designers, and other engineers to translate priorities into production-ready software
