Full Stack Developer(Parsing Engineer)

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop and maintain scalable applications supporting business-critical financial technology solutions. You will own the tooling, process, and execution for the digitization of incoming regulatory and policy documents to underpin the creation and maintenance of FIS’s regulatory mandate catalog.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using appropriate programming languages and frameworks
• Own and maintain the document scraping and transformation tooling, with the opportunity to revamp and revitalize these tools
• Scale internal tooling to support ingestion of documents from new regulators and new formats
• Work closely with product managers, business experts, solution leaders and clients to design, develop and maintain a platform of parsing tools andapplications
• Take independent ownership of the tooling platform and make independent decisions based on design and architectural best practices

What you need

• 5–8 years in software engineering
