Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

What you'll do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data engineering solutions, with a strong focus on dbt-based transformation frameworks and Python-driven pipelines
• Collaborate with, guide, and manage the team to deliver high-quality data engineering outcomes
• Own and drive technical decisions for the team and contribute to broader architectural and design decisions across multiple teams
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using dbt, Python, and modern data platforms
• Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data-related challenges, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility
