About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead (Python) who can architect, design, and deliver complex, cloud-native applications using modern backend and frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, React/Angular, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines — along with the ability to lead a team of engineers.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers (junior to mid-level)
  • Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making for complex modules
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
  • Architect and develop scalable backend services using Django / FastAPI / Flask
  • Design and build microservices and high-performance API ecosystems
