What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end transition and service takeover programs involving people, processes, applications, infrastructure
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and service continuity
• Define transition strategy, roadmap, governance model, and transition plans
• Manage transition scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
• Lead transition kick-off workshops and stakeholder governance meetings

What you need

• 12–18 years in finance, audit & banking
• ITIL
• Risk management
• Reporting
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
