Global Technical Instructional Designer

About the role

In alignment with Hitachi Energy High Voltage’s learning vision and growth strategy, this role will help architect our inaugural training center of expertise and knowledge community. This will include creating engaging technical content and courses, utilizing micro-, people-centric, role- skill- and level-based learning methodologies.

What you'll do

• Working closely with the Global Learning Manager, you will collaborate with cross-cultural and functional leaders, technical subject matter experts, knowledge owners
• Help architect our inaugural Global HV Learning Center of Expertise
• Create skill- and role-based learning objectives, assessments, certifications, stories, scenarios, knowledge checks, case studies, interactive activities, scripts
• Create step-by-step guides, best practice and troubleshooting documents, infographics, animations, videos, interactive elements, learning activities, assessments
• Interpret content analytics for success and continuous improvement by implementing a plan of improvement to address poor review comments, low ratings and completions

What you need

• 10–18 years in teaching & education
• Any graduate
