Global Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Learning & Research Analyst to support our global business operations. The role combines learning and development coordination, business/account research, project support, and data-driven reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including virtual training sessions, learning content updates, learner communication, and training tracking
• Prepare training reports, participation summaries, adoption metrics, and learning effectiveness insights
• Conduct business and account research to identify market trends, customer information, competitor insights, and prospecting opportunities
• Compile research findings into clear business reports, presentations, dashboards, and summary documents for stakeholders
• Support cross-functional projects by tracking actions, maintaining project updates, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables

What you need
