About the role

To lead and strengthen the Administrative functions & Industrial Relations (IR) by ensuring all administrative task assignment statutory compliance, maintaining harmonious employee and labour relations, and managing end-to-end plant administrations. The role is critical in ensuring smooth, safe, and uninterrupted operations, strong governance, and positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Administrations & Industrial Relations Strategy & Governance
• Lead and manage overall administrative operations including facilities, security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and guest house services
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers for smooth day-to-day office and plant administration
• Oversee asset, infrastructure, and utility management ensuring uninterrupted services and compliance
• Monitor administrative compliance, audits, registers, and MIS reporting for governance and transparency
