As a Group Lead, Clinical Trial Associate at ICON, you will oversee the clinical trial administration team, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of documentation and operational support for clinical trials.

What you'll do

• Oversee scientific operations operations, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Supervising and managing the clinical trial administration team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of essential trial documents, including regulatory submissions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and regulatory affairs
• Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards
• Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement in clinical trial administration practices
