Hardware Engineering Technical Leader

About the role

Cisco Hardware Engineers develop and work with Next Generation Technology to build Cisco Hardware products keeping in mind the user experience and in accordance with IEEE standards, and industry best practices.

What you'll do

• Develops and delivers innovative strategies that benefit customers and/or clients. Leads major business projects which impact a region or entire function
• Contributes to the development of annual organizational objectives/priorities
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in primary job family or field of specialization
• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure products and services reflect the needs and direction of the business
• Leads and executes projects that span across several business segments, functions or regions
