Human Resources Manager

About the role

You will participate in the development and improvement of the hotel's human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management, including team member relations, labor dispute handling, and ensuring compliance with all HR activities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for assisting the Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning and ensuring that HR management aligns with the hotel and corporate's overall strategy
• Participate in the development and improvement of the hotel's human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management
• Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records
