Hyperion Lead, Data Engineering - Night Shift

About the role

Lead and manage the Hyperion application support team, ensuring 24x7 operational availability, incident resolution, service delivery, and continuous improvement of Oracle Hyperion environments. Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and coordinate with business, infrastructure, and vendor teams to maintain SLAs.

What you'll do

• Lead a 24x7 Hyperion support team across shifts and geographies
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities
• Ensure timely resolution of Hyperion Planning, HFM, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and EPM-related issues
• Monitor application health, performance, and batch processes to ensure high availability
• Drive SLA compliance, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions

What you need

• 8–14 years in data science & ai
• ITIL
• Root cause analysis
• Financial reporting
• Any graduate
