About the role

The ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.

What you'll do

  • Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools
  • Assign roles based on subprocess and department
  • Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation
  • Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance
  • Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours)

What you need

  • 1–3 years in software engineering
