About the role

The Local Operations Analyst supports the execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of payment and means-of-payment operational activities within a country or local entity.

What you'll do

  • Operational Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor operational activities, service levels, operational KPIs, and operational performance indicators
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and operational analyses
  • Track operational incidents, delays, service disruptions, and operational anomalies
  • Support operational follow-up related to fulfillment, production coordination, distribution, and operational processing activities
