About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who will own the end-to-end delivery of Loop’s enterprise benefits platform. You will translate customer requirements into platform configuration, data flows and integrations, and drive each implementation through testing and go-live. Own enterprise implementations from handoff to go-live - Drive the plan, timelines, dependencies, customer decisions and launch-readiness criteria.

What you'll do

  • Own enterprise implementations from handoff to go-live - Drive the plan, timelines, dependencies, customer decisions and launch-readiness criteria
  • Coordinate data and integrations - Work with customers and technology teams to migrate employee data
  • Testing and launch readiness - Run end-to-end testing, coordinate customer acceptance, manage defects and secure approvals before launch
  • Manage stakeholders and resolve problems - Lead customer conversations, coordinate internal teams, communicate risks early and diagnose configuration

What you need

  • 3–8 years in consulting & strategy
  • Postman
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • HRMS
